Burgh Farm Dressage is situated in the heart of Norfolk, close to Norwich, and offers excellent training and livery facilities. The yard boasts a full size outdoor arena, recently re-surfaced with Fibrelok, with a full bank of mirrors. Our large indoor arena has a Cushion Track surface, a full wall of mirrors and a comfortable viewing gallery. We have good access from the A47 and ample space for large lorries to turn.

The livery yard offers a range of large stables, all of which benefit from rubber matting, hay bars and automatic water drinkers. The stables all have good ventilation and a double aspect with large external windows. We are able to provide stabling to suit livery horses and those visiting for training stays. All horses enjoy individual turnout in secure grass paddocks and may use the large, five horse Monarch walker with a rubber floor.

A purpose built wash box with hot water and electricity provides a safe environment for washing and clipping horses or preparing for competition and we have a heated rug storage and drying room.

In addition, clients are able to safely store tack and equipment in our heated tack room and make use of tea and coffee making facilities. We have CCTV and sensor alarms on the premises to ensure the security of horses and equipment.

The tack room is large, secure and heated with coffee and tea making facilities. Individual (lockable) lockers and ample bridle and saddle racks are available for all our Livery Owners. All windows have steel bars and a steel grid has been placed within the roof for added security. The door is triple locked and metal clad main entrance. We have CCTV in operation as well as sensor alarms on the premises
Directly opposite the tack room is the purpose built wash down/clipping area. This area boasts ample lighting, rubber flooring with central drainage, running water, and an overhead clipper system.

We have a dedicated heated room to dry off and store rugs.
Our grazing land covers an area of approximately 15 acres and is divided into individual paddocks with nearly all being enclosed with post and rail fencing.
