Facilities
Stables
The stable layout consists of 10 large stables within the main, American barn style building. Each stable has a rear opening to allow the horse to put its head outside and allowing continual ventilation. Each end of the building is also open, except during adverse weather conditions, to allow additional ventilation.
A further 5 large stables adjoin the main building (right pic), and a further 6 stables lie parallel to these (pic below)
At the entrance to the main building is a large secure tack room. Individual (lockable) lockers are available for livery owners, and facilities for making tea and coffee.
This room is temperature controlled throughout the winter, has steel bars to all windows, a steel grid within the roof, and a triple locked, metal clad main entrance. A state of the art alarm system completes the security of this building.
These stables offer the same level of comfort as those in the main block. They are spacious with rear openings to each allowing ample ventilation and allowing the horse to look out both front and back.

Schooling areas
Our latest facility is the purpose built indoor school. This is a fully enclosed building with a working area of 20 metres by 50 metres surfaced with ‘Cushion Track'.The arena is fully marked and, as with the outdoor school, has mirrors fitted for self assessment.
The building also boasts a very large viewing area with independent access from the side.

The outdoor school, measuring 25 metres by 62 metres is fully enclosed by post and rail fencing. The school has an all weather shredded rubber and silica sand surface, dressage markers and a number of mirrors positioned to allow self assessment.
The school also boasts a small enclosed viewing area (heated) for those not so warm days, aligned to the centre line.

Other facilities
Grazing land covers an area of approximately 15 acres divided into individual paddocks. All paddocks are separated by an electrified fencing system managed from the main building. Directly opposite the tack room is the purpose built wash down/clipping area. This area boasts ample lighting, rubber flooring with central drainage, running water, and an overhead clipper system. Along the inner end wall are a number of racks to air and dry New Zealand rugs etc.
SECURITY NOTE: In addition to the tack room security mentioned above, the yard is protected by 24/7 Closed Circuit Camera's and Infra red security beams connected to the main alarm system which automatically detect any unauthorised entry.
